Do I still need to bring the paper prescription?
Yes — your photo lets us get started, but please bring the original paper prescription when you pick up. Or ask your doctor to fax it straight to us at (226) 663-3086, and you won't need the paper at all.
How does a transfer work?
Tell us which pharmacy your prescriptions are at now. We contact them and move everything over — you don't need to call them. Once it's transferred, your old pharmacy can no longer fill it.
What's the difference between a refill and a renewal?
A refill uses repeats your doctor already authorized. A renewal is for when you've run out of repeats — Ontario pharmacists can renew many prescriptions so your treatment isn't interrupted, or we'll contact your doctor for you.
Are there medications you can't transfer or renew?
Some medications — like opioids, stimulants and other controlled drugs — have stricter rules. Send your request anyway and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — free prescription delivery is available for patients with a valid prescription. Choose “Delivery” when you send your request and we'll arrange a time with you.
Is my information secure?
Your request and photos go directly to our pharmacy team over an encrypted connection and are only used to prepare your prescription.
